Hi, howdy! I'm Grace Fleischman, Licensed Massage Therapist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Registered Nurse.
Most massage therapists know muscles. I also know what's underneath them.
My background as an RN means I understand anatomy, pathology, and the kind of systemic stuff that quietly drives chronic pain — nerve involvement, inflammatory patterns, compensation chains. When you come in with a "shoulder problem," I'm thinking about your cervical spine, your thoracic rotation, your sleep position, and what your training schedule is doing to your recovery capacity. That changes the quality of the work.
I've been a massage therapist since 2018 and founded Montgomery County Sports Massage in 2019. I work out of SB Wellness Suites in The Woodlands, and I serve athletes and active people across The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, and greater Montgomery County.
My mission is simple: make it easier for people to stay active, move better, and feel less beaten up by the things they love doing.
Outside the table, I homeschool my three kids, train jiu-jitsu, ride bikes, and read everything I can get my hands on. I believe people deserve a therapist who takes their goals seriously — and I take mine seriously too.
